About Us

Pat Schultz, founder of Pat Schultz, LLC., draws on over 30 years of professional experience in workplace training, college-level teaching, public speaking, training design and not-for-profit leadership to create and present today’s workplace programming. She holds both a BA and MBA from Case Western Reserve University and its Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio.

As a contract EAP trainer, Pat has extensive experience presenting topics traditionally included in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). These presentations are perfect for 1 hour Lunch ‘N Learn programs. Many of Pat’s programs have been adapted for continuing education credits (CEUs).
